I’m super excited to announce that we’ve officially launched fantag.live!
For those that don’t know, I’ve been working on a startup for the last 5 years with my co-founder Brian Dombrowski and this last fall we re-branded as fantag and had our official launch yesterday up in Sacramento.
So, what is fantag?
Fantag is a pioneer in mobile video based in Silicon Valley and Sacramento. The Fantag platform enables producers and spectators at live events to capture, relive, and share their favorite moments with the simple touch of the screen.
As the technical C0-Founder, and the sole software engineer on the project since the beginning, its been my responsibility to implement the software that makes this thing run. I’ve had to write and re-write the backend and frontend and all the pieces in between as we’ve struggled mightily to find the right mix of product and features that would really grab people’s attention and allow this thing to take off. I think we’ve finally done it, and with our new team and some really good momentum behind us, we’re finally ready to make a real go of this.
This has been a looooong time coming and we couldn’t have done it without the love and support of all our family and friends (and a few investors 😉). I love you guys.
And hey, look, we even got some awesome media coverage!
Forbes! What the what!?
Needless to say, I’m blown away. I can’t wait to see where this goes next!
