Fantag is honored to have been named a finalist in the software category for its innovative video highlight technology.

Fantag lets everyone (fans, players, parents, coaches, athletic directors, recruiters, team admins, sports editors and broadcasters) easily access the video that's already being captured, to create and share multi-angle highlights during an event – instantly.

A special “Innovation of the Year” award for Wide Open Walls — a Sacramento-based arts and mural festival founded by David Sobon in 2015 — will spotlight innovation beyond business and technology and recognize the important link between cultural values and thriving economic markets. Past recipients honored for having a broad and profound impact on the greater Sacramento innovation community include Golden 1 Center and the University of California, Davis.

The INNOVATION AWARDS aims to strengthen the Sacramento story, build the local economy, and stimulate the creative minds driving our innovation community. Founded in 2016 by Stoel Rives LLP, the program is made possible with support from Moss Adams LLP, the Sacramento Business Journal, Five Star Bank, and the Greater Sacramento Economic Council — not to mention dozens of community partner organizations and the esteemed Selection Committee.
